• The Third Amended Administrative Order Prescribing Procedures for Chapter 13 Cases and the revised Model Plan, effective September 6, 2016, require debtors who modify their mortgages during their Chapter 13 case to include the modified mortgage payments in their Chapter 13 plan payments to be paid through the Chapter 13 Trustee’s office.
